Today we are going to do a quick batting drill for front foot drives  Selection of the ball  -                                              a half valley ball pe over pitch ball Back lift -                        bat will go higher at Top of the stump.  Footwork - front foot move out and land on the heel towards the ball with leading head and front shoulder. Downswing,impact and follow through - bat will start coming down withainly control top hand,impact should be inside the front foot toe and below the head and follow through will finish behind the front shoulder. Today's topic is pace bowling (front on bowling action).  NOTE - First of all you should know about your bowling action (front on and side on) . if your Backfoot landing with toe pointing down the wicket (image you can see in the video) it means you are front bowler.
